These terms apply to r3spect.win, the R3SPECT SRO game server, the R3SPECT EI Manager and Plugins, and our Discord community, a private hobby project run by a private individual in Sweden ("we", "R3SPECT"). By creating an account or using our services you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
R3SPECT is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Joymax or any publisher of Silkroad Online. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
To keep the game fun for everyone, you must not:
Bots are allowed on R3SPECT SRO, as long as they don't break any other rule here — for example by abusing bugs or deliberately disrupting other players.
Detailed server rules may also be posted on our Discord; they form part of these terms.
Items, gold, silk, honor, characters and other game content have no real-world value. You receive a personal, revocable right to use them in the game; you do not own them, and they cannot be exchanged for money. We may change, rebalance, reset or remove game content — for example to fix errors or keep the game balanced — without compensation, unless the law requires otherwise.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software for the duration of your plan, on the number of devices it allows. You may not share licences, resell, copy, decompile or modify the software. When you use it with games run by others, you are responsible for following those games' own terms.
If you break these terms we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. Paid time lost through a ban for breaking the rules is not refunded. If you think we got it wrong, contact us at info@r3spect.win or on our Discord.
We work to keep the services running, but cannot promise they are always available or free of errors; maintenance and updates cause downtime. We may change or end services. If we end a paid service, we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible and refund unused paid time.
The services are provided as they are. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage and to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. We announce significant changes on our Discord and on this page before they apply; continuing to use the services afterwards means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
