This policy explains how R3SPECT handles personal data across r3spect.win, the R3SPECT SRO game server, the R3SPECT EI Manager and Plugins, and our Discord community.
R3SPECT is a private hobby project run by a private individual in Sweden; it is not a registered company. That person is the controller responsible for your data. You can reach them about anything in this policy at info@r3spect.win. Every payment receipt carries our contact details; the name and postal address of the person responsible are given on request by e-mail.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

Card details go directly to our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store them.
Cookies: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, your browser keeps a sign-in token in local storage so you stay signed in. That is strictly necessary for the service, so it needs no consent. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page sends nothing to third parties.
We use these service providers. They process data only on our instructions, under data processing agreements:
If you join our Discord, Discord Inc. (USA) processes your data under its own privacy policy. Other players see your character names, rankings and banners in the game. We never sell personal data.
Some providers above are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to any use based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@r3spect.win. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm the request comes from the account holder.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live. Ours is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
Our services are meant for people aged 16 or older. If we learn that a younger child has given us personal data, we delete the account. Purchases require a person of legal age, or the consent of a parent or guardian.
We protect data with access restrictions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and passwords that are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we inform the authority and, where required, you.
We update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we also post a notice on our Discord.
